This is movement. Tailored to your body

Clinical Pilates classes are highly specific to your body and are grounded in the latest movement science. Classes are instructed by our physiotherapists trained in the DMA Clinical Pilates approach.

Each person has a unique movement bias.

Some people prefer bending rather than straightening. Some people like using their left side more than their right.

By first training within these movement preferences it is common to see immediate changes in range of motion, strength, balance and discomfort even after just one set of exercise!

This is more than just exercise

Because Clinical Pilates is highly specific, each participant is required to complete an a one-off initial assessment with one of our DMA Clinical Pilates trained physiotherapists.

This assessment will determine your movement bias and explore any existing injuries you might have.
