12-week program

A structured path through vestibular migraine.

Twelve weeks of daily-guided exercise, weekly education, and symptom tracking — built specifically for vestibular migraine, not generic vertigo. Choose the level of in-person support that suits you.

What the program actually is

VestibularMe is a companion app that walks you through a 12-week vestibular migraine program day by day — gaze-stabilisation and balance exercises dosed at the right level for you, a weekly lesson explaining what's happening and why, and simple daily tracking so patterns become visible over time. It's built around current vestibular rehabilitation evidence and is designed to work whether or not you're also seeing us in clinic.

Every patient's difficulty level is set from your initial workup and can be adjusted by your physiotherapist as the program progresses — the app isn't one-size-fits-all under the hood, even on the Basic tier.

A few things worth knowing

Is this a diagnosis or a replacement for a medical assessment?
No. This program is a structured rehabilitation and education tool, not a diagnostic service. If you haven't been assessed for vestibular migraine, we recommend a clinical assessment first — book an appointment and we'll guide you from there.
What if my symptoms are severe or sudden?
This program isn't for acute or undiagnosed red-flag symptoms. If you have sudden severe dizziness with hearing loss, neurological symptoms, or anything that feels like an emergency, seek immediate medical care.
How is my program data stored?
Your check-ins, exercise logs, and questionnaire responses are stored securely and are only visible to you and your treating clinician.
