— The way we practise

Honest answers

Common questions.

How long is a session?

A typical session runs 60 minutes. First visits include a longer assessment so we can hear your story, examine properly, and actually treat.

Do I need a referral?

Not for private patients — walk in, book online, whatever. Medicare EPC and WorkCover do need GP paperwork, but we'll help with that.

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothes that let us access the area we need to examine. Shorts if it's a leg thing, a singlet if it's shoulders. If in doubt, bring options.

How many sessions will I need?

Honest answer: depends. We'll give you a realistic estimate after your first assessment and re-check progress regularly. No packages sold up-front.
